Profile

I am an R&D Scientist at the ICOB Imaging Core, Academia Sinica, Taiwan. My work combines imaging core facility support, confocal and fluorescence microscopy, bioimage analysis consultation, and reproducible workflow development.

I help researchers plan imaging experiments, troubleshoot acquisition, evaluate image data quality, and build practical analysis workflows with FIJI/ImageJ, napari, Imaris, Python, CLIJ, clEsperanto, and AI-assisted tools. I also teach hands-on microscopy and bioimage analysis courses using open-access materials that support independent learning and reproducible practice.
